- Plan for limited restroom facilities at trailheads and along trails

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15 or more days before start for a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee per booking. Cancellations within 14 days and no-shows are non-refundable. Receive a full refund if your ship cancels its Ketchikan port arrival on your tour date.
FAQs
Wear layers (jacket, sweater, or sweatshirt), hiking boots or trail shoes with traction, and rain gear (rain jacket and rain pants). Bring a backpack if possible (line it with a garbage bag), plus water, snacks, and a phone or camera.
Restrooms are often not available at the trailhead or along the trail. Use the public restrooms at Berth 3 before or after the tour. For emergencies, the guide carries toilet paper and military waste kits (Wag Bags) that you pack out.
