Things to know
A signed digital liability waiver is required before the tour. Children 8 and under must use a child car seat (two are available). All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15+ days before start for a refund minus a $30 administrative fee per booking. Cancel within 14 days or no-show: non-refundable. Full refunds and no cancellation fees if your ship cancels Ketchikan port arrival on your tour date.

Wear layers (jacket, sweater, or sweatshirt), hiking boots or trail shoes with traction, and rain gear (rain jacket and rain pants). Bring a backpack if possible (line it with a garbage bag), plus water, snacks, and a phone or camera.
Restrooms are often not available at the trailhead or along the trail. Use the public restrooms at Berth 3 before or after the tour. For emergencies, the guide carries toilet paper and military waste kits (Wag Bags) that you pack out.
