Know before you go
- Renters must be age 21 or older
- A valid driver’s license is required for drivers; jet ski drivers must present one
- Anyone born after January 1, 1988 must complete a Michigan Boater Safety Course to operate a motorized vessel
- Complete a waiver before departure
- A $500 temporary credit-card authorization hold per vehicle applies for potential loss or damage and is released after a good-condition return
- Bring a Coast Guard-approved life jacket for each person under 90 pounds
- Return the watercraft with the same fuel level; a $75 per-unit refueling fee, not included in the listed price, applies to four-hour rentals returned low on fuel
- Expect an added delivery fee for some outlying locations
- Keep glass containers off all watercraft and do not drink alcohol while operating a motorized vessel
- Use towable sports only with approved add-ons; pets are allowed only on pontoon and double-decker options and cleaning fees may apply
- Severe weather may require rescheduling; light rain and cloudy skies do not qualify for cancellation

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the rental date receive a full refund. Bookings made within 7 days are non-refundable. No-shows are charged 100% of the rental cost. No refunds are issued for removal due to rule violations.
