- Maximum combined weight is 1,800 lbs for people and gear
- Rental holder and all operators must be ages 21+ with valid government-issued ID and driver's license
- Each operator needs a boater safety card or boating license, or must watch a marina safety video before operating
- A $500 security deposit is held at check-in and released when the watercraft is returned in good faith
- A credit card authorization hold equal to a full-day rental price before tax is required at check-in
- Fuel and oil consumption are not included in the listed price; a charge applies
- Pick up no earlier than marina opening and return at least 1 hour before closing
- Operate only during daylight hours
- Children ages 13 and under must wear a life jacket at all times on the watercraft
- Northbound travel toward Hoover Dam is prohibited Sundays and Mondays and when Lake Mohave is below 638 feet; additional seasonal restrictions apply
- Glass and Styrofoam are prohibited in the park and may result in fines
- Complete the required waiver before departure

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before departure to avoid a penalty. Cancellations within 72 hours result in loss of your deposit, up to the 1-day rental rate per vessel.

Yes. Each operator must be age 21 or older and have a valid driver's license and government-issued ID. Each operator also needs a boater safety card or boating license, or must complete the required safety video.
If you do not have a boater safety card or boating license, complete the safety video online ahead of time and bring a printed copy of your successfully completed test.
