- Arrive 15 minutes before your rental time for launch and safety instruction
- Complete the digital waiver before launch; each boat driver needs a signed waiver
- Renters must be ages 30+ with a valid United States driver's license
- Drivers born after January 1, 1988 require the Florida State-Approved Boat Rental Course before arrival
- Stay within Choctawhatchee Bay; the boat is not permitted in the Gulf of Mexico
- Do not dive from the front of the boat because bay water can be shallow
- Do not operate the boat under the influence of alcohol
- A $35 fuel surcharge applies and is not included in the listed price
- Late returns incur a $50 fee for every 15 minutes
- If using a driver, a $120 service fee plus a $50-per-hour driver rate apply and are not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 1 month before Friday or Saturday reservations, or 2 weeks before Sunday–Thursday reservations, for a full refund. No refunds within these windows or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to inclement weather before departure.
