Know before you go

• Ages 10 and older
• Meet at Force-E Fort Lauderdale, 2808 North Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33306
• Bring your own mask, snorkel, and fins
• Bring a swimsuit, towel, water bottle, sunscreen, and personal items
• Complete the medical questionnaire; physician clearance is required before in-water sessions if any answer is yes
• Group classes require at least 2 participants; smaller groups may be converted to semi-private or private sessions or moved to another class
