Things to know
Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time. No dogs or animals are allowed on trips.
Cancellation policy
Trips depart rain or shine. If the operator cancels due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, a full refund is provided. No refunds within 48 hours of departure; cancellations before 48 hours incur a $10 per person fee. For group or 30+ day reservations: 50% deposit, balance due 7 days prior; changes/cancellations 7 days prior incur fees.
