Devin, Adam, and their team have built something special here, with an impressive track record of making both nervous beginners and experienced divers feel completely at ease. The instructors get consistent praise for their patience, thorough safety briefings, and ability to handle issues on the fly without disrupting the dive. Reviewers highlight incredible marine life sightings at spots like Electric Beach, including sea turtles, eagle rays, octopi, and stingrays. Families seem particularly happy with how well the crew works with kids and multi-generational groups. One reviewer mentioned difficulty getting photos and videos after their dive despite being told they couldn't film themselves, which stands out as a disappointing experience. Otherwise, the feedback is overwhelmingly positive about the professionalism, communication, and genuine care the team shows. Multiple reviewers specifically note that instructors go above and beyond, from carrying heavy tanks to extending dive times and sharing footage afterward. The personal attention and skill in working with nervous first-timers really shines through in these reviews.
Totally Rad! Devin and Adam are one heck of a Team. I have always wanted to become a scuba diver. So when a family vacation to Oahu hit the table, I was NOT missing the opportunity to gain my Open Water while there. My two sons joined me on the adventure and boy howdy was it one. I have always been a great swimmer, but so nervous of the open ocean growing up. So day one of class..open ocean and my heart rate was through the roof. I put on a brave face and off we went. Adam soon had us out and down to about 10 feet all just chillin. Except me. I fell over on my tank. My boys almost lost it trying not to laugh as Adam calmly motioned for me to do a trick and roll over. Eventually I figured it out. We practiced our skills on each day we dove, and also got to explore the reef and underwater world around us. We saw so many beautiful fish, eels, Green Turtles, coral, and just one adventure after another. Several days of dives, skills practices each dive and more exploration. I was able to capture so many gopro pics and videos. Thank you Bazai Divers for making a dream a reality! We look forward to coming and diving again with you.
