Uluru Sunrise Base Walk & Picnic from Alice Springs

Itinerary

1. Start with a shared pickup from your hotel around Ayers Rock Resort. Departure times are 04:45, 05:00, 05:15, 05:30, 05:45, 06:00, and 06:15.
2. On the Join-in Uluru Base Trek, begin your sunrise trek around Uluru’s 12-kilometer base trail and discover its culture, geology, and environment.
3. On the Join-in Uluru Base Trek, pause for a picnic outback breakfast and listen to the surrounding desert sounds.
4. Visit Muṯitjulu Waterhole on the Kuniya Walk. On the Join-in Uluru Base Drive, also explore the Uluru Base Walk and learn the Creation stories of Liru, the poisonous snake, and Kuniya, the python.
5. On the Join-in Uluru Base Trek, continue to Mala Car Park and Kantju Gorge.
6. Return to your hotel around Ayers Rock Resort. The Join-in Uluru Base Drive returns at 07:45, 08:00, 08:15, 08:30, 08:45, 09:00, or 09:15. The Join-in Uluru Base Trek returns at 10:45, 11:00, 11:15, 11:30, 11:45, 12:00, or 12:15. Your return time depends on your departure time and itinerary duration.

• Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park admission is not included. You'll pay AUD 38 per person over 18 on site; the ticket is valid for three consecutive days
