Important details

• Ages 18+ only
• Weight limit: 225 lbs fully clothed. You may be weighed on site.
• Requires expert riding experience: handling any horse in any conditions, knowledge of horses and Western tack, and responsibility for both.
• Requires balancing independently on the horse, steering with the reins, keeping both feet in the stirrups, and understanding and following instructions.
• No ankle, knee, or leg medical boots or casts.
• Bring your driver's license and leave it at the front desk during the ride. If you drive to the ranch, leave your car keys there too.
• A refundable $500 security deposit per horse is required on site and is not included in the listed price. It can be provided in cash or as a credit card hold; your bank determines when the hold is released.
• Additional charges, not included in the listed price, apply for lost riding time and possible veterinary care if your horse returns overheated, overexerted, injured, or needs more than 30 minutes to recover. Broken or missing tack also incurs charges.
• Ride at a walk in single file. Do not pass or ride alongside another rider. Only one rider per horse is allowed.
• A horse or mule may be assigned; a specific animal is not guaranteed.
• Wear closed-toe shoes. Sandals, Crocs, flip-flops, and Keens are not allowed.
• Do not smoke, vape, use tobacco, or consume alcohol on the property. Your ride may be stopped if safety becomes a concern.
