- Ages 18+ only to rent and ride
- Complete the rental waiver before pickup; additional riders must be present to sign
- Wear a helmet while riding
- An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card during the rental period
- Ride only on approved roads and trails
- Use an approved bike rack to transport the e-bike; do not place it inside a vehicle or lay it down
- Loss, theft, damage, improper use, or unauthorized transport may result in charges
- Late returns may result in additional daily charges
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after the reservation start time are non-refundable. No refunds for early returns.
