- An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card during the rental period
- Use only in calm, near-shore water and designated swimming areas; waves must not exceed 3 ft
- Supervise children at all times
- Never leave the mat unattended or in the water overnight
- Roll up the mat in ankle-deep water after use to keep it clean and avoid excess sand weight
- Expect delivery fees not included in the listed price: free in Union Pier, $20 in Lakeside, and $40 in New Buffalo
- A $100 service fee per item applies if a rental is left for beach pickup
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after the reservation start time and early returns are non-refundable.
