- Complete the online rental waiver before pickup or delivery
- An authorization hold is placed on your credit card during the rental period
- Use only in calm to moderate weather and keep the shade securely anchored at all times
- Deflate the shade immediately if winds increase or weather becomes unsafe
- Return self-transported shades fully deflated and packed in the travel bag
- Return on time; late returns may result in additional daily charges
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after the reservation start time are non-refundable. No refunds for early returns.
