- Complete the online rental waiver before pickup; all additional riders must sign
- Helmets are required while riding
- An authorization hold is placed on your credit card during the rental period
- Ride only on approved roads and trails
- Transport e-bikes only with an approved bike rack; do not place them inside a vehicle or lay them down
- Child trailers are available only with e-bike rentals and have a 75 lb combined child weight limit
- You are financially responsible for loss, theft, damage, improper use, or unauthorized transport
- Late returns may incur additional daily charges not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after the reservation start time are non-refundable. No refunds for early returns.
