Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes before your tour start time
- Ages 2+ only; children ages 2–11 ride seated in front of an adult
- Children ages 12+ and close to 5 ft tall may operate a Rydable alone
- Only the adult may operate a Rydable when riding with a child
- Toddlers must sit upright unassisted for the full tour; infants and body carriers are not allowed
- Weight limit: 375 lbs
- Operating a Rydable requires clear vision and hearing, side-to-side control, and full upper-body movement
- Bring only plain water beverages; food and other drinks are not allowed on Rydables
- Shirts and shoes are required for the full tour
Cancellation Policy
Friday–Sunday cancellations require 48 hours' notice. No refunds for late arrivals. Full refund if the operator cancels due to rain.
FAQs
Bring only plain water. Each Rydable has a small side pocket for a 1-liter water bottle and possibly a phone; leave luggage, backpacks, and large purses behind, as secure storage is not reliably available.
Use the restroom at The Market at 7th Street, across from Victoria Yards, before your tour.
Expect a delayed start if rain is light or passing quickly. Disposable rain ponchos are provided for light, intermittent rain. Tours do not go out when thunder and lightning are in the area.
