Important details
- Drivers must be ages 18+ with a valid driver’s license
- Drivers must be ages 25+ when carrying any passenger under 18
- All drivers must complete the State OHV Education Course and have proof of certification before taking the vehicle
- Children must be at least 42 inches tall to ride
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women
- One release of liability waiver is required per machine, and all party members must be listed as passengers
- A $1,500 authorized damage deposit per machine is required on a credit or debit card upon arrival
- A mandatory gas charge applies based on rental duration and is not included in the listed price
- An 8.5% equipment use and maintenance fee is added to all bookings and is not reflected in taxes and fees
- Late returns incur charges: $75 after 15 minutes, $150 after 1 hour, and a full-day rental cost after 2 hours
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1–2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
