- Ages 16+ only to operate an electric bike
- Bring a valid photo ID
- Requires confident bike-riding skills for Austin streets and trails
- Riders deemed unsafe to ride cannot participate
- Sign a liability waiver before riding
- A credit card on file may be charged for damaged or missing equipment, including repair labor and full retail replacement costs
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled day for a full refund. Groups of more than 10 must cancel 48 hours ahead. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, reschedule subject to availability or receive a full refund.

Yes. You must be able to confidently ride a bike. If you or someone in your group can’t ride safely during the test ride, you may be prohibited from riding and won’t receive a refund.
There are two possible starting locations. You should hear from your guide a day before the tour, and your guide will confirm your starting location.
