Have your vehicle moved to Waterville while you bike the Pine Creek Rail Trail
Vehicle shuttle, Valet service
Bike the Pine Creek Rail Trail while a Pine Creek Outfitters employee drives your vehicle to Waterville Bike Access. This valet option is designed for groups with their own equipment and works well for full-day or overnight rides.
This booking is not for moving your vehicle further south; choose another location option if that’s your plan. Rentals can be paired, but an equipment pickup fee may apply—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking. A non-refundable $10 per vehicle deposit applies.
Non-refundable $10 per vehicle deposit. Refund with 48+ hours notice (minus $10 per vehicle, plus processing fees). Less than 48 hours: no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows charged full price; 15+ minutes late may count as no-show.
Use this shuttle if your group has its own biking equipment. You can pair it with rentals, but an equipment pickup fee may apply—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Fill out the Vehicle Shuttle form with your drop-off instructions and key details. Bring the completed form on the day of your trip or send a photo of it in advance.
List the latest time you plan to start so the driver knows when and where to pick up your vehicle. If the driver arrives after the time you listed and your vehicle isn’t there, it may be shuttled late or not at all.
Waterville Bike Access
Pine Creek Outfitters gets high marks from most visitors for their friendly, knowledgeable staff and reliable service. Shannon and her team consistently deliver on shuttles and bike rentals, with reviewers praising their flexibility and responsiveness. The electric bikes are a popular choice for tackling the rail trail, though some riders note the seats could use more padding for longer rides. Staff members go the extra mile by offering helpful recommendations for hikes, overlooks, and places to eat along the route. The shuttle service runs smoothly, with pickups described as punctual and drivers who know the area well. A few visitors mentioned some quirks with booking policies, particularly around shuttle logistics for solo riders, though this doesn't seem to derail most experiences. One reviewer noted encountering an unfriendly phone interaction, but this appears to be an isolated incident rather than the norm. Overall, travelers appreciate the convenience of having bikes and shuttles coordinated in one place, making it easy to explore Pennsylvania's Grand Canyon without the hassle of arranging your own transportation.
My husband and I used the Canyon Valet to move our vehicle from the southern terminus of the West Rim Trail to the northern terminus while we backpacked over 3 days. This is great service! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to people considering a one way hike of the PA Grand Canyon. They were even so kind to park our car close to the end of the trail. We were exhausted and having to car close was like a spiritual hug. Thank you Pine Creek Outfitters for making our weekend excursion worry free.
