Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable $10 per vehicle deposit. Refund with 48+ hours notice (minus $10 per vehicle, plus processing fees). Less than 48 hours: no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows charged full price; 15+ minutes late may count as no-show.

Fill out the Vehicle Shuttle form with your drop-off instructions and key details. Bring the completed form on the day of your trip or send a photo of it in advance.
List the latest time you plan to start so the driver knows when and where to pick up your vehicle. If the driver arrives after the time you listed and your vehicle isn’t there, it may be shuttled late or not at all.
