Cancel at least 24 hours before your tour to receive a gift card for future use. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No cash refunds for any reason. If you remove a person from your reservation, you’ll receive a 75% refund for that person’s fare. Guests who arrive intoxicated may be canceled with no refund.
