Cancellation Policy
No refunds within 48 hours of departure. Cancellations more than 48 hours before departure incur a $10 per person fee. Full payment required at booking. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations.

Arrive 15–20 minutes early. Meet your guide at the Verde Adventure store at the vineyard, park in designated parking, and start and finish your ride at the store.
Bring a reusable water bottle (filtered water is available for refills), clothing suitable for the weather, sun protection (hat, sunglasses with strap, sunscreen), and an ID for wine tasting. A small plastic ziplock can help protect and organize your phone and camera.
