Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Same-day reservations are final sale; later cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are fully charged. Groups of 7+ need 2 weeks' notice for a full refund; unrebooked spaces are charged. If the operator cancels due to weather, choose rescheduling, another tour, or a full refund.
