- Seating is general admission within your assigned train car. Seats and car assignments cannot be changed on the day of your ride

- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure and check in at the ticket office to collect your boarding card. Check-in opens 30 minutes before departure, and the train cannot wait for late arrivals
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged, with limited exceptions at management's discretion. If the operator cancels the event, you'll receive a full ticket refund. Additional fees may not be refunded, depending on contractual limitations.
