- A parent or guardian must hold children during the ride
- Bring a personal flotation device for each child; adult life jackets are available on request
- Complete the required waiver before the activity
- Good health required; no back or neck injuries or pregnancy
- Canoe surfing may not operate during large surf or unpredictable ocean conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change at least 48 hours before the activity for a refund. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
