The crew here really seems to make the experience. Across parasailing trips, snorkeling excursions, and sunset cruises, guests consistently praise the staff for being welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun. Captain Jack gets a special shoutout for keeping everyone laughing and comfortable, while the team overall has earned kudos for helping nervous first-timers feel at ease. Whether you're dangling above the water or exploring beneath it, people appreciate how the crew balances professionalism with a laid-back island vibe that makes the whole outing memorable. Most activities get enthusiastic thumbs up, with parasailing and snorkeling being particularly popular. The water temperature is great, group sizes tend to be small and manageable, and there are fun extras like boat slides to keep things interesting. That said, there are a couple things to know: one family mentioned getting seasick during a fireworks cruise, so if you're prone to motion sickness, keep that in mind. There's also a cluster of negative reviews about a private yacht party where last-minute rule changes caused frustration, though this seems isolated to one event and doesn't reflect the typical customer experience. For standard tours and water activities, the vast majority of visitors say they'd absolutely do it again and recommend it to others.
These folks are amazing! Awesome atmosphere--awesome experience. The guides and captain made the entire experience friendly and exotic at the same time. Perfect for experienced and inexperienced snorkelers--even non swimmers were able to get out on the reef via a tow behind floating mat. The price was more than reasonable, but the experience was rich. Would give six stars if I could.
