No refunds once the adventure has commenced. Cancel 14+ days before for full refund; 13–8 days: 50% fee; within 7 days: 100% fee. Overnight charters, ASA classes, and special requests require 60 days' notice for full refund. A cancellation fee applies; a change fee may apply. Gift certificates are non-refundable. NOAA storm advisories qualify for reschedule or full refund.
