Alcohol from outside is not permitted; alcohol must be purchased onboard. Guests who arrive after the passenger safety briefing/scheduled departure may forfeit their ticket with no refund. Parking at Kewalo Basin Boat Harbor is $2 per hour.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if canceled up to 48 hours before the trip (refundable ticket). Reservations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund. Non-refundable ticket: no refunds. No-shows/late arrivals: no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels.
