Important details
- Check in at least 20 minutes before departure
- Complete an individual activity waiver within 24 hours of your trip; a parent or guardian must complete one for minors
- Bring the credit card used for payment and a matching photo ID; the cardholder name must match the booking contact name, and staff will retain a copy
- Use reef-safe, non-spray sunscreen and apply it before boarding
- No full-face snorkeling masks are permitted
- Bring valid photo ID to drink alcohol
- Vegetarian and gluten-free meal options require at least 24 hours' notice
- An optional Waikiki shuttle is available for an additional fee
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48 hours or more before departure for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund. Receive a full refund if the captain cancels due to weather or at their discretion.
