Things to know
A mandatory 20% gratuity is due to the boat captain at the end of your reservation. Sessions may be canceled if the 5-person minimum is not met one hour before the scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
15+ days before: full refund of deposit minus 6% booking fee. 14-9 days: $100 fee + 6% booking fee. 8-3 days: 50% of total + 6% booking fee. Within 72 hours: no cancellations; 100% charged. Full refund (minus booking fee) if operator cancels for unsafe conditions.
