- Arrive at your scheduled start time; the boat does not wait for late arrivals
- Bring a valid photo ID; the name must match the credit card used for payment
- Expect a mandatory 20% captain fee, not included in the listed price, paid directly to the captain at the end of the charter
- Expect sessions to operate rain or shine; start times may be adjusted or trips shortened for safety
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15+ days before for a full refund. Cancel 9–14 days before for a $100 fee plus 6% booking fee; 3–8 days before, 50% plus 6% booking fee applies. No cancellations within 72 hours. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, receive a full refund minus the non-refundable booking fee or reschedule at no charge.
