Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 5 days before departure for a full refund of charter fees paid to the vessel owner. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain declares a weather cancellation, you will reschedule or receive a refund if rescheduling isn’t possible. Full refund if the vessel is unavailable.

Yes. This is a bareboat (demise) charter, so you separately select and engage a U.S. Coast Guard (USCG)-licensed captain (and any crew). You can use your own qualified captain (subject to vessel owner approval and insurance requirements) or choose from an informational roster of insurance-approved captains.
Fuel is charged based on actual usage. Gratuity is customary and discretionary; 15–20% of the charter price is typical and is paid directly to your independently selected captain and any crew at the end of the charter.
Bring your own food and beverages if you’d like. Do not bring red wine or glass beer bottles (wine and champagne are permitted), and avoid items that may stain upholstery.
