Things to know
You must be 18+ to rent. Operators must be 16+ with their legal parent or guardian present. Children under 6 are not permitted to ride.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with 24 hours notice before booking. Less than 24 hours notice: no refund. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances before the rental begins: no refund.

Arrive at least 45 minutes before your scheduled reservation time to complete check-in, pre-ride paperwork, a PWC (personal watercraft) safety video, and equipment orientation.
For watercraft and boat rentals without a captain: if you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must take a Boater's Temporary Education Course online. If your booking is captained, this is not necessary.
Bring the credit or debit card used for your online booking (for verification), a valid government-issued ID, and a valid credit card to keep on file for the duration of your rental. Also bring a boater license or temporary certificate (if required), sunglasses (a leash is recommended), bottled non-alcoholic beverages, sandals or water shoes, a bathing suit, and a small dry bag (some availability on-site).
