You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels for severe weather, crew emergencies or unsafe mechanical issues. If you cancel when conditions are safe, you'll receive credit for a later cruise. Submit the cancellation/rebooking form at least 48 hours before a public cruise or 5 days before a private cruise. Missed departures and unsafe conduct are nonrefundable.
