Important details
- Minimum age 10. Children ages 12 and younger require a parent or guardian to accompany them.
- Ages 12 and younger and ages 55 and older require the private option, except when participating as a family or group of at least 3.
- Requires walking while carrying approximately 20 kg of diving equipment.
- Participation is not permitted during pregnancy or with diabetes, respiratory conditions such as asthma or pneumothorax, ear, nose or throat conditions, high blood pressure, heart disease, epilepsy or other circulatory conditions.
- Other medical-history findings may prevent participation or require a specialist's signed medical clearance. Bring the medical certificate if required.
- If you are certified, bring your certification card or dive logbook.
- Gratuities are not included in the listed price and are given directly to your instructor in cash.
- Sign the diving consent form on the day of the tour.
- Arrive wearing your swimsuit and bring dry clothes. Riding in wet swimwear, even on a towel, is not permitted. Do not apply sunscreen to your body before wearing a rental wetsuit.
- Do not drink alcohol during the 8 hours before diving.
- Allow at least 12 hours after one dive, or 18 hours after multiple dives, before flying, mountain climbing, hot-air ballooning or skydiving.
- Arrive at the designated meeting place by your scheduled meeting time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees apply from booking: for 1–4 people, 5% at least 8 days before and 100% within 7 days; for 5 or more, 5% at least 15 days before, 50% 8–14 days before, and 100% within 7 days. Missing the meeting time or place incurs a 100% charge. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels for bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
