Things to know
Shuttle service is only available in the Waikiki and Ko Olina areas; otherwise meet at the harbor. Wetsuits are available to rent for an additional $10 for adults and $5 for children. Bananas are prohibited on the boat.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds or rescheduling within 48 hours of bus pick-up time. For 6+ persons, no refunds or rescheduling within 72 hours of tour start. Same-day issues (wrong pick-up location/time, delays, etc.) are treated as cancellations with no refund.

Use the round-trip shuttle only if you stay in Waikiki or Ko Olina. If you stay elsewhere, meet at the harbor on your own.
Wear your swimsuit under your clothes and bring a towel, sunscreen (eco-friendly if possible), a hat, and sunglasses.
Use the provided snorkel, mask, fins, and life vests. If you have your own snorkel, mask, and fins, bring them if you prefer.
