No refunds or rescheduling within 48 hours of pick-up time (72 hours for groups of 6+; one week for charters). Same-day cancellations for wrong location or delays are non-refundable. Wildlife sightings or water clarity are not guaranteed and no refunds apply. Unreasonable chargebacks will be contested in small-claims court.
