Cancellation Policy
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the reservation, except for medical emergencies with 24-hour notice for rescheduling. You may be contacted up to 1 hour before departure about cancellations due to bad weather, mechanical issues, or time changes.

Arrive at least 45 minutes before departure, and allow extra travel time from May through September.
Parking is limited. If you arrive early, you may find free street parking; otherwise, you pay a harbor master parking fee in cash at the Harbor Master’s office. Bring cash for parking.
Bring layered clothing (a hoodie sweatshirt works well), closed-toe shoes, sunglasses (polarized help for spotting), sunscreen, and a camera. If you’re prone to seasickness, take Dramamine the night before and again 1 hour before departure.
