- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult; ages 16–17 traveling alone require a parental waiver
- Bring a valid photo ID to consume alcoholic beverages; outside alcohol is not permitted aboard
- Parking is not included. Validated self-parking costs $8 plus Hawaii State tax for the first 6 hours; the regular self-parking rate plus tax applies after 6 hours. Settle parking by credit card when exiting
- Bring sunscreen lotion only; aerosol spray sunscreen is not permitted aboard
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in
- Check your email before departing, as high surf may require boarding at North Beach, about a 15-minute walk north of the Sheraton Hotel
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure to avoid being charged in full. No cancellations or changes are allowed within 48 hours of the trip.
