Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days in advance. Receive a 50% refund of the deposit for cancellations 8–29 days in advance. No refund 7 days or less in advance. If the operator cancels due to unexpected circumstances, including weather, receive a full refund if you cannot reschedule.
