Participants must be at least 4 years old. Check in 30 minutes before departure; the boat leaves on time without late arrivals. Offshore dolphin swimming follows federal guidelines and may vary by species.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. You may cancel until 9:00 AM the day before your tour. No-shows are charged the full amount.
