Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time
- Ages 5+ only
- Recommended maximum weight is 230 lbs per paddler
- Combined weight per tandem kayak must not exceed 460 lbs
- Cockpit openings are 16.5 inches wide
- Travel in a tandem kayak with someone from your party, another participant, or a guide
- Bring water, weather-appropriate layers, a rain jacket, and shoes that can get wet
- A Discover Pass is needed for your vehicle and can be purchased at the fort
Cancellation Policy
Full refund up to 72 hours before the tour. Receive a 50% refund up to 24 hours before the tour; cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Book an even-numbered group to paddle only with members of your household. Otherwise, you may be paired with another participant or a guide in a tandem kayak.
Bring a dry bag or trash bag if you want to keep personal items dry. It is optional.
