Know before you go

- Expect giraffes to remain in their heated barn in temperatures below 50°F or during inclement weather
- Understand that free-roaming animals are not required to interact with the tour
Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable but can be rescheduled. Cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $49.95 cancellation fee.

Animal feed, safari souvenirs, the Capybara Encounter, Kangaroo Walkabout, and Sulcata Tortoise Encounter are not included with the Semi-Private Pinz Tour.
