Important details
- A minimum 4-hour booking is required; weekends require a 6-hour minimum
- Pickup locations must be within 50 miles of Carlton; Portland pickups are limited to business and corporate events
- Your pickup address, itinerary, and anticipated start and end times are required
- A 20% gratuity is added to all services and is not included in the listed price
- Ages 21+ only unless children have prior approval; valid photo ID may be requested
- No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the vehicle
- Outside alcohol requires prior approval to bring it into the vehicle
- Excessive messes or biohazard incidents incur a minimum $250 cleaning fee, not included in the listed price
- Damage repair costs caused by your group are charged separately
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before the tour for a refund. Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to extreme weather, vehicle issues, or winery closures.
