Things to know
A 4-hour minimum booking is required. A 20% gratuity is added to all services. Guests must be 21+ with valid ID upon request; no smoking or vaping in the vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancel at least 5 days before the tour for a refund. Cancellations within 5 days of the tour date are non-refundable. If NW Wine Shuttle cancels due to extreme weather, vehicle issues, or winery closures, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
