Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancel at least 5 days before the tour for a refund. Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable. If NW Wine Shuttle cancels due to extreme weather, vehicle issues, or winery closures, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
