Wear lightweight, flexible athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes with good traction. Avoid heels, elevated shoes, sandals, and flip-flops. Consider sunscreen, insect repellent, and a hat, cap, or umbrella for sun protection.
Include every participant, including children ages 0–5, with their name, age, and any health conditions or allergies. Complete a liability waiver for each adult; include minors under 21 on their responsible adult’s form.
