- This is a bareboat charter; a U.S. Coast Guard-licensed captain is required and contracted separately by the primary charterer
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and is charged based on actual usage
- Crew gratuity is not included; 15–20% of the charter price is typical and settled directly with the captain and crew
- Complete a waiver for each adult before boarding; a parent or guardian completes waivers for minors
- Wear bare feet or clean socks only onboard
- Bring lotion sunscreen only; spray sunscreen, oils, bronzers, and shimmer products are not permitted
- Do not bring red wine, glass beer bottles, or items that may stain the upholstery

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 5 days before departure. Within 5 days, charter fees are non-refundable. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, rescheduling is attempted first; if that is not possible, charter fees paid to the vessel owner are refunded.
