- Driver must be age 21 or older and hold a valid driver's license
- Drivers born after September 1, 1993 need a valid Texas Boater Education Certificate
- Each participant must sign a waiver before the rental

- Wear life jackets as instructed; children under 13 must wear one at all times
- Drivers may not use alcohol or drugs
- Do not use jet skis for towing
- You are responsible for vessel operation and damage caused by misuse, negligence, or rule violations
- Late returns may incur additional charges not included in the listed price
- Unsafe weather may prevent departure
