Waterfront Adventures has built a loyal following with repeat customers returning summer after summer for boat and jet ski rentals. The staff consistently earns praise for being friendly, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do. Greg and his team, including instructors like Justin, go out of their way to make sure customers feel comfortable and informed. The equipment gets good marks too, with boats featuring swim platforms and plenty of storage, while jet skis are generally well-maintained. A few visitors mention timing issues where their actual water time felt shortened by instruction periods or mechanical delays. Some first-timers found the pre-ride briefing a bit overwhelming without written materials to reference. The location in downtown Kirkland is scenic and convenient, with nearby restaurants making it easy to round out your day. Most customers leave thrilled with their experience and eager to return.
Stopped by Woodmark Waterfront Adventures in Kirkland on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised. Even though I didn’t rent anything, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. They answered every question I had without any pushy sales tactics. It’s clear they take pride in their gear; I watched them meticulously clean and inspect paddles, boards, and life vests as I walked in. Definitely made me feel confident that anything I did rent would be well-maintained and safe. They took the time to explain local waterfront conditions and gave some solid tips for a smooth outing on Lake Washington. For being just a curious passerby, I felt respected and appreciated. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to book with good vibes all around. JY review
