They answered every question I had without any pushy sales tactics. It’s clear they take pride in their gear; I watched them meticulously clean and inspect paddles, boards, and life vests as I walked in. Definitely made me feel confident that anything I did rent would be well-maintained and safe. They took the time to explain local waterfront conditions and gave some solid tips for a smooth outing on Lake Washington. For being just a curious passerby, I felt respected and appreciated. Stopped by Woodmark Waterfront Adventures in Kirkland on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised. Even though I didn’t rent anything, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming.
