• Ages 21+ to rent
• Operators must be 18+ and have a valid driver's or boating license. Carry your license at all times
• Each jet ski holds a maximum of 3 people, with a total weight limit of 530 lbs
• A $500 damage deposit hold is required in addition to the listed price. The hold is released if no damage occurs
• You are responsible for all damage, including damage caused by improper docking or switching passengers
• Do not use drugs or alcohol while operating, or tow boats, tubes, or other objects. Breaking any rule ends your rental
• Arrive together for check-in: all operators and passengers must be present. Late arrivals cannot operate or ride and are not covered by insurance
