Itinerary
- Meet at 74 Spring Street, East Melbourne, at 8:45am for an 8:55am departure. Use Hotel Windsor as your map landmark and look for a white Mitsubishi bus with registration BS07ED.
- At 10am, visit Yering Farm Wines for 1 hour. Taste 5 wines and a Pink Lady apple cider.
- At 11am, stop at Tokar Estate for 1 hour and taste another 5 wines. Optional local cheese platters and cocktails cost extra.
- At noon, spend 90 minutes at Quarters for lunch, which is not included in the listed price. Explore the art museum or cellar door, where wine and whisky are available to try.
- Alternatively, choose lunch at Domaine Chandon for roughly 80 minutes, with lighter dishes such as oysters and cheeseboards from the Lounge Bar menu. This lunch is also at your own expense; menus may change with the season and ingredient availability.
- At 1:45pm, the Standard tour visits Four Pillars Gin Distillery for 1 hour, with a tasting flight of 4 gins and a mixer, or another drink if you prefer. The No Gin, Wine instead option visits Payten & Jones across the road during this stop: the wine tasting lasts 30 minutes, leaving time to visit Four Pillars afterward.
- At 2:50pm, visit Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery for 1 hour and taste 12 chocolates; ice cream is also available. If chocolate isn't your preference, a visit to another nearby winery may be possible instead.
