Itinerary

1. 08:45: Meet in front of the Art Centre Melbourne Spire, near the cafe called "Protagonist".
2. 09:00: Depart for the Yarra Valley. The itinerary is a guide; venues, including wineries, may change.
3. 10:10: Explore Yering Station Winery, Victoria's oldest winery, with a 1-hour guided wine tasting at its historic cellar door. Taste Yarra Valley specialties including sparkling wine, pinot noir, chardonnay and shiraz.
4. 11:30: Visit Soumah of Yarra Valley for guided wine tastings followed by a 2-course lunch with shared antipasto, an individual main and a complimentary glass of wine. This stop lasts 1 hour 30 minutes; lunch may take place at Tokar Estate instead, and the menu may change with the season and ingredient availability.
5. 13:15: Enjoy wine tastings at Helen & Joey Estate during a 50-minute stop, with views of a lake and rolling vineyards.
6. For the Classic Wine Tour, visit Payten & Jones in Healesville at 14:15 for 50 minutes. Taste its wines, or swap the tasting for a glass of wine or beer. For the Classic Wine & Gin Tour, visit Four Pillars Gin Distillery at 14:30 for a 50-minute stop featuring a tasting flight of 4 core gins with your choice of mixer. For the Classic Wine & Beer Tour, visit Watts River Brewing at 14:30 for a 50-minute stop with a hosted beer tasting or a glass of beer; this option is available Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday only.
7. 15:30: Stop at Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery for 30 minutes of indulgence and shopping.
8. 17:30: Return to ACMI at Federation Square.
