Cancel 30+ days before departure for a full refund minus processing and administrative fees. From 29 to 7 days, cancellations forfeit the deposit. Within 7 days, including no-shows, no refunds. If the operator cancels for weather, safety, mechanical, or port conditions, reschedule or receive a full refund. Water activities may be canceled for conditions without a refund.
